- Workout at the least 5 times an even if it means getting up extra early to go to the gym week
- Escape your house to complete one thing (besides workout) 2-3 times per week and something of those times has to involve all of my kids
- Get my mind working once again either by beginning a language course or one thing which will make me think
- Make a company choice about my relationship while the program it to go on that I want
- Proceed to a home
