A brand new immersive art experience has popped up in Tokyo, Japan. The creative design consortium teamlab has collaborated with Japanese internet company DMM.com to bring this jaw-dropping installation. The exhibit, entitled “DMM.Planets Art”, includes the “Crystal Universe” room, which is a series of mirrors and LED lights that are juxtaposed to give the illusion of crystals. The patterns of the lights are controlled by a sensor that the visitor uses to trigger the different patterns. This is all apart of the larger Odaiba Yume-Tairiku 2016 festival, which takes place every August in Tokyo. If you’re in the area, this is definitely worth checking out.
